RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DELIVERY POLICIES
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, minus shipping and handling fees. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
To return an item please email: customerservice@RixxLotion.com to communicate the return information. Place the item securely in its original packaging or a shipping box. Please include your proof of purchase or date of purchase, plus name and address and mail your return to the following address:

(Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return)
After receiving your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7-14 days from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE – undelivered items
If you did not receive your product due to incorrect address, you will receive a refund of product fees minus shipping and handling upon receipt of product back from the shipping company. We encourage a double check of your mailing address when submitting an order to avoid this situation from occurring.
Your delivery will be 3 to 7 business days from the placement and successful payment of your order. This is subject to delays beyond the control of the shipping companies. We are not responsible if these occur. If there are questions regarding your delivery, please email: email@example.com.
At this time we do not offer shipping for overnight or faster delivery. All orders are sent USPS.
